1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdebat platform and all its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bdebat.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdebat website (bdebat.cam) and all associated services, mobile versions, and tools.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the bdebat platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — Your personal profile and wallet on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive, cashback, or reward offered by bdebat.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the primary currency of this platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the bdebat platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on bdebat, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may create only one account.

• Members of the same household and the creation of multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are prohibited.

Before large withdrawals or at any time at bdebat's discretion, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the KYC process is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including unauthorized access by third parties.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any information registered on your account changes (such as your phone number or email address), update it as soon as possible. bdebat is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bdebat is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical or banking reasons, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successful withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before you can make a withdrawal.
• Deposited funds must be withdrawn via the same payment method used to deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• bdebat reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• All details provided for withdrawal must be correct; bdebat will not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdebat offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• bdebat may set a maximum bet limit on wagers placed with bonus funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdebat VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness

bdebat is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform are sourced from world-class providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and verified through independent testing.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a gaming session, bdebat will uphold the result of the last valid round. Bets from incomplete rounds will be refunded if the game could not be completed due to a technical reason.

6.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. bdebat reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports events, official sources will be used to determine results. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be reassessed in accordance with bdebat's rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdebat platform. Such activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets designed to exploit bonus funds unfairly ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.

7.2 Illegal Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using a third party's funds or identity.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of illegal betting.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
